Warranty Claim Process

If you believe you have a faulty product, you should discuss your problem at the place of purchase. If they agree it is a warranty issue, they will contact us on your behalf, and we will then process your claim.

By downloading and completing our Warranty Claim Form before going to your original place of purchase, you can be confident that we have all the information we need to process your claim. If you prefer to deal direct with us, you are welcome to do that too – simply return the form to us instead. If you have registered your warranty, we do not need a copy of your receipt. Please do not dispose of the damaged item, as we may need to arrange for an inspection.
